We have a canceling call as a part of our process to get a better understanding of how to serve our customers in the future. This is a standard practice we've implemented to help us stay up-to-date in our knowledge of our customer's needs. We also have an opportunity to thoroughly review the items that are being cancelled to help reduce the chances of negative impact to your brand.
This all depends on the timing of the cancellation. All services have a minimum of 6 months. Cancellation request that occur within 6 months are denied until the full term is completed. After 6 months cancellations are granted after 7 business days of the request.
